Dining Room

This is what I have planned for the dining room. The dining room was painted a washed out green, with a wallpaper boarder at the ceiling, and off white carpeting. Oh yeah, and a hideous, poor-man's-gold, brass light fixture.

I want to put in chair rails, crown molding, hardwood floors. White molding, red paint below the chair rail & a buff color above it. Red tapestry drapes. Cherry furniture. Red Oriental rug. And a new chandelier.

The living room will have the same color scheme. This will define the formal areas of the house. I really want to paint before we have the floors installed.
